PROPOSED BLGC, ISINAILALIM NA SA DELIBERASYON; PANUKALANG BATAS, TUMANGGAP NG 45 POSITION PAPTERS, 380 KOMENTO AT REKOMENDASYON
Bangsamoro Autonomous Region - Isinailalim na sa deliberasyon ang Parliament Bill No. 30 o ang proposed Bangsamoro Local Governance Code. Ang panukalang batas ay mayroong 45 position papers, 380 comments and recommendations mula sa local government units, civil society organizations at iba pang sektor.
Umarangkada na ang deliberasyon kaugnay sa BTA Bill No. 30 o ang proposed Bangsamoro Local Governance Code.
Tinalakay sa unang bahagi ng deliberasyon ang 17 sections ng Chapters 1 at 2 ng panukalang batas.
Ito ay kinabibilangan ng operative principles of decentralization: scope of application; rules of interpretation; authority to create local government units; abolition of LGUs; plebiscite requirement; selection and transfer of constituent local government sites, offices, and offices; naming of LGUs and public places, streets, and structures; declaring local public holidays; at ang simula ng corporate existence.
Ang proposed measure ay tumanggap ng 45 position papers 380 comments and recommendations mula sa iba’t ibang local government units at iba pang sektor matapos ang isinagawang serye ng public consultations.
