Bangsamoro Autonomous Region - Inilatag ng United Nations Office for Project Services sa Ministry of Transportation and Communications ang mga naka-umang na development initiatives at roadmap hinggil sa complex infrastructure projects sa mga ports at sea ports sa BARMM.
Layon ng UNOPS pagandahin at palakasin ang partnerships sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng technical assistance at capacity assessments para sa iba’t ibang infrastructure projects na ipatutupad ng MOTC sa mga ports at airports.
Ang UNOPS ay isang UN organization na tumututok sa pagtulong sa isang lugar o bansa na makamit ang sustainable development sa pamamagitan ng pagtulong sa gobyerno at sa mga kaalyado nito sa pagbibigay ng infrastructure, procurement, at project management.
